Cabba was low key kind of wasted in super (Idk about the manga) but like he for real had a cool mentor relationship with Vegeta, obtained SSJ2 in the Tournament of Power, only for like 5 minutes later to be eliminated by Frieza, so what was the point? I doubt we will ever even see Cabba again. BUT IMO he should of stayed longer in the TOP and then had a final fight with Vegeta, that would have been way cooler.

But you can easily say They had the strength to do so, but sayains in universe 6 didn't have much to fight for they were only hired as peacekeepers. Like their base forms were way stronger than goku & vegeta on namek and even then you could easily say the average sayain lacked the desire to get stronger until goku who then motivated vegeta to get stronger. Universe 7 sayains weren't the brightest and they never fought to get stronger if you even look at the lore they just relied on the Ozaru transformation. Like sayains were ruthless vegeta killed nappa over an injury rather than letting him recover and get a zenkai boost hypothetically you could say they did this to many of their warriors which stopped them becoming as powerful as they should have. End of the day it's all speculation and one thing even og db didn't have was consistent powerscaling considering goten and trunks could turn super sayain before they learnt to fly

None of the Universe 6 Saiyans should’ve been able to achieve SSJ. Remember back when going SSJ required years of grueling training and an ungodly level of rage? Yet these stupid kids achieved it, despite their lack of training and being built like twigs. I enjoyed DBS, but DBZ is so peak by comparison.

But you can easily say They had the strength to do so, but sayains in universe 6 didn't have much to fight for they were only hired as peacekeepers. Like their base forms were way stronger than goku & vegeta on namek and even then you could easily say the average sayain lacked the desire to get stronger until goku who then motivated vegeta to get stronger. Universe 7 sayains weren't the brightest and they never fought to get stronger if you even look at the lore they just relied on the Ozaru transformation. Like sayains were ruthless vegeta killed nappa over an injury rather than letting him recover and get a zenkai boost hypothetically you could say they did this to many of their warriors which stopped them becoming as powerful as they should have. End of the day it's all speculation and one thing even og db didn't have was consistent powerscaling considering goten and trunks could turn super sayain before they learnt to fly
