Hi Autumn! I was wondering how much the tuition is for your program (and whether you are from in-state or out-of-state) and if there are any scholarships offered. Thank you for this video!
Hi, To answer your question, I was out of state for my first year but qualified for in-state tuition after living in Texas and working for a calendar year. In-state tuition for all three years is estimated to come out to ~40K, and this does not include extra expenses such as living, insurance, etc. In addition, there are plenty of scholarships offered through TWU that you can apply for. I hope that answers your questions. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hey Autumn! Thanks for this video I'm in the process of applying for this program and it was cool to get an insight! Are you or anyone you know in the program able to work part-time while studying?
Hi, First and foremost, I wish you success as you go forward with OT applications. I currently work as a TWU influencer and was also a part-time babysitter. There are 44 of us in my cohort, and more than half have part-time jobs. OT school is more rigorous than undergrad, so it is really how well you manage your time, but it isn't unreasonable. I hope that helps. Thank you for your questions, and let me know if you have any more.
Hello, The time commitment varies based on the specific class, but I approximated it to be around 3-5 hours per day. I want to emphasize that working is not recommended due to the demanding nature of the program, requiring your undivided attention. The TWU influencer job offers flexibility and aligns well with the OT program. If you can find a flexible job, you can assess whether it is manageable alongside your academic responsibilities.
I love seeing the campus and the classroom set up! It’s beautiful!
I do think your cat 🐱 will need an official diploma at the end of this!!! 😁
Hello I am a student of Occupational therapy from Bangladesh. Glad to know you.❤

What do OTD students do with dead time in July, work part time civilian jobs to earn bucks until school starts in late August
