Hello how are you? I love your cooking it reminds me of back home. I am from the Dominican Republic. Excuse me what country are you from. I think that you are from Africa and maybe one of your parents is from China
I usually use hot water and soak the blended ogbono so that it wont cause lumps and that it will melt. If you add it like that the way you did, it will cause lumps. Maybe it didnt, how did it turn out?
That's the way I cook mine too. I even fry tomatoe paste but I don't use fresh tomato, just the peppers and onions. I'm telling you the taste is so yummy. I usually use red onion it goes so well with ogbono.
You're the only one that like ogbonor like this my sister. Your comment truly shows "just the way you like it". Hmmm If you cook this kind of ogbonor to most Nigerians, I bet you, you will be the only one to eat that. Your own way of preparing it is another level. Stay blessed!
❤😊 Cute one on the back no get mouth yet.. hin own na to jus dey watch...😂...this is foreign of ogbono...naija ogbono na anoda level but you try sha...
Respectfully. You don’t use red pepper or tomato for Ogbono soup! You can use plenty of onions and that’s more than enough. Well done for showing off our cuisine
Hmmnn.. this your ogbono is not original Cos it didn't draw at all, if its ogbono from my side, with such quantity in one pot, the pot will block like a thick gum😃. Use little quantity of Bell pepper next time if you must use it, i dont think ogbono soup requres a plenty stew base like you did.

I 've watched different Nigerian chefs on this TH-cam and they use onions & bell peppers in ogbono soup, it doesn't matter.
She literally said that's how she likes it. The name of the video speaks for itself.

The caption clearly reads "just the way I like it" she didn't ask anyone's advice on the way SHE likes it
Girl we don't cook ogbono with bell pepper oh
That is the way she likes it
Well she does
That's the way she likes it... I see definition of food as a way your taste bud dictates to you. Enjoy your meal❤
If you add tomato to agbono it will not draw
Thought so too...I however use Bell peppers and Onions but not tomatoes.
Nossa deve tá uma delicia
