As a person diagnosed with OCD since i was a kid, i actually thought their conversations/reactions were SO real. For example: the noise at the beggining - sometimes it feels so overwelming, and like someone is "scratching" you through the sound, like you can feel the wind lift up your every single hair, like your ears are getting bigger and you simply just can't handle it. So i get that. Also the "being clean" part - it's a different type of ocd (mine is both mixed up) but i personally have gone to the poing of my hands BLEEDING because of washing them so much. But it all started the same way as Charli explained it. Ocd is a real thing, and i get the fact that everybody wants to "seem different", and some people are exaggerating, but you should NEVER assume that someones issue is not real. It's really hurtful.
