There are many people who sacrifice the money they could make, for the family they are making. You guys did it... Amazing and beautiful. Thanks so much for what you do and who you are. I don't know if you even know how great you are, but I think it's important for me to point it out. ❤
I moved to a large city in central Mexico last year and can vouch for "sensitive gringo syndrome". After living here for a bit, non-Mexicans are suddenly experts in all things Mexico: culture, food, laws....you name it. I am Mexican-American and have the good fortune to speak Spanish and am able to navigate the system without prejudice. By the way, we spent my childhood summers in Vallarta with my uncle and his family back in the 1970s. There was virtually nothing, repeat, nothing there. The airport had a bunch of plastic chairs in a place next to the tarmac. It was lovely. We were so lucky.
Marc & Kathleen: I really enjoy these broadcasts. Everything you stated here is very true. When I visit Mexico or another country, I want to get away from North American culture, as far as possible. So, there is no expectations that things must be perfect. Unfortunately, some of my fellow country-men don't see this. The 'sensitive" syndrome is all too real. I just hope the new expats coming into PV start to understand this and adapt to the Mexican culture there. I would hate it if PV starts becoming Toronto. Keep up the great work, and don't lat the haters get to you. Thank you.
The last time that I was in PV I was on the beach drinking margaritas. So I decided just to dip enough in the water to cool off. I got hit by three big waves and tore a ligament in my foot. I've been listening to you guys for over a year now and never really caught the be careful in the ocean thing until recently. It's a real thing! Thanks for sharing keep up the good work
Hi, guys...we plan on staying during the winter when we retire. We've been coming down to PV for a long time and have seen so many changes. Even with the changes, we will never stop visiting! See you next month!!!
Things have changed in P.V. the last 10 years. The Malecon you see today was half as wide, because it was a street! Sidewalks funny. The Malecon now is the only place flat and easy to walk. I will continue to try and convince the wife to retire in Mexico. She loves P.V. and the last 3 years now Loreto BCS. I also did like the background noise at the beginning of the video.
Thank you for all your videos! They are so helpful to me. I will be moving to La Cruz in April and all your experiences are helping me handle my fears.
Great video with great music as usual! Looking forward to videos about why are so many of us adventurous canucks are moving down to Mexico...I don't think it will get you kicked off of TH-cam! 😂
I just don't get why some people don't embrace our differences; we are so lucky to be so close to each other's country and experience have such a different experiences, on food, music, culture, way of living, etc. Why travel or move to another country when you don't know how to live outside your country?🤷♂️. Embrace our differences and be happy ✌️😜
@@Morelifediaries Haha fair enough. I can imagine there's alot of retired boomers in them that just want this perfect and comfortable life and if just one things goes wrong they have to complain lol.
I can’t speak for Canada, but being from the United States I would definitely say that people in the United States are hypersensitive to everything! It’s ridiculous

I agree! Most of those people don’t know how to live within their own country either 🤷🏻♂️
Sidewalks are🎉 not bad, they just have their own personality, and they will help keep your brain active and healthy ✌️😜
Just like a complex brain puzzle 😂
What are some of the bad experiences you know of that happen with condos?
It's just not for us! People complaining non stop about stuff for the most part but the list goes on lol

spot on lol
I want to hear the juicy reasons why you left Canada to come to mexico
🤫 maybe when Elon buys TH-cam lol
Some non Mexican told me to go back home. I just wanted to know how to not have roaches come in and didn’t know that they can fly 💀😂
Crazy how they were not where they came from lol
cover the shower drains with a small rubber pad, that helps. we call them "water bugs", lol.

You can speak for Canada lol it’s worse there!
