1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
100 gms Brown Sugar
80 gms Butter
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 and 1/2 tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 and half tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp Clove powder

Hi Chef , Thank you for the great recipe , I modified it a bit , added 1/2 cup water only for making caramel syrup And cooked dry fruits in it , , after cooling it added 1 cup orange juice to it , and also for the complex flavour of the plum cake I added nutmeg , clove , cinnamon , dry ginger powder, fresh orange zest and vanilla essence. The cake turned out to be the yummiest plum cake I ever had. I Have it with Some Green Tea of Planet AYurveda.

Ek request hai aapse mere Ghar sugar ki cheez nahi khate hai. Hum log chai bhi jaggery ki banate hai. Agar es cake sugar ke alawa dusra cheeze mithas ke dal sakte kya.
