I absolutely LOVE my Dual 190-540+610-760 eagle pair. I’ve been teaching my girlfriend about lasers and she’s been getting into it more and more but that still doesn’t stop her from hitting my goggles atleast once or twice with a 1w+ laser while playing around in the laser room
thank you, what was the device that you used to measure the effectiveness of the glasses? does this prove safety? I would like to test some films from a chinese supplier when making an enclosure for a blue diode module 405-450NM thanks
I'm so curious why the yellow laser beam passes the glasses but the LPM doesn't have any readings. Do other lasers also passes the glasses with visible dot but zero reading on LPM?
Nice comparison! I'm kinda new to lasers and wanted to buy a sanwu pocket 492nm, so looking to source the goggles locally. Good to know that the generic red one is actually pretty good!
No not at all, you need to know the nanometers, or the wavelenght of the colour of the laser (nm) which for a blue laser is probably 405 or 445 and for that wavelenght you have to choose the right glasses, knowing also the power of the laser which is measured in watts (w) or the milliwatts (mw).
th-cam.com/video/P1e-cyOziuk/w-d-xo.html in the description of that video, there is a link to the laser. U can search more by yourself, to find some model that like.
So what would cause a green laser to change color on contacting a surface? I have this orange felt if you shine the laser on it it turns the laser light white on contact, And the light reflected from the laser off the felt is white. Why dose this happen, I genuinely don't know? The laser dot stays the same color on every other material regardless of color, or texture. But as soon as it touches the orange felt it turns the light white on contact even cause the glare reflected off to turn white.
hey i had a question. i have a 1W 450nm laser. how can i use glass and make it safe? like for example, i was thinking of putting 3 coats of orange and red cellophane paper to polycarbonate glass. Will that protect my eyes? any suggestion?
Wow! Dark sunglasses did way better than I expected

When did she leave you?
What a great Channel! Instant subscriber seems like you really got screwed by the YT algorithm with such low views for such a great Channel.
I was hoping to see a test of 1064nm
Thanks for a very detailed and informative video. What type of
protective glasses are needed for the Zeus X 7 watt 450nm laser
pointer?
Fort Knox.
Yes they did make a pair for the 450 NM

Does the colour of lense make any difference at all to laser colour?
If you are asking does it make any difference in eye protection, yes it does!
@@Laser-Focus nah he means can u see the laser the same or does it affect how you see the laser
LPM showing 0.000 means the glasses completely blocked the laser or was there a weak dot pointing at the meter?
Im looking for safety glasses for 445nm 800mW and its a blue colour laser, seriously want to be safe but still don't fully know what glasses to get?
Ciekaw jestem czy możliwe jest żeby szkła korekcyjne miały warstwe ochronną chroniącą oczy przed uszkodzeniem promieniem lasera?
can you make a video about your 589nm spartan laser? I'd appreciate that.
Is it possible to buy optical lenses with laser protective layer?

Wow.. We also make laser safety glasses.

not all generic red ones are good. his was
@@JimTheKid most are fine if your using 0-75 Mw wouldn’t use them for like 400 Mw
Are the blue ones good for all of the....umm...laser powers?
Hello, are the laser bar code scanners used at grocery stores dangerous if they are pointed at our eyes? Thank you.
I kinda really wanted to see how each looks through the camera. Like can enough information pass through it? How far can you see out if it?
Is it worth risking destroying a camera for a few potentially interesting shots?
does the glasses colour need to match the colour of the laser for them to be effective? My laser emits a blue colour...

thanks for the reply.
Which one for the 100w NUMB31?
Does the color of the light determine the color of the glasses?
Can anybody tell me if you can see the laser line through these glasses?
Where can i get the 520nm laser?

Element 115. 😆
Yes they Did
What is that tester, i would love to buy one to ensure glasses I will buy or bought is good quality
