The Terminator is the first work in the franchise. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton. The Cyberdyne Systems Series 800 Terminator also known as T-800, is a type of Terminator mass-produced by Skynet. It was Skynet’s first cybernetic organism, with living tissue over a hyper alloy endoskeleton. This made it Skynet’s first successful Infiltrator unit capable of infiltrating the Resistance. The T-800 Terminator, a cyborg assassin, sent back in time from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor, whose son will one day become a savior against machines in a post-apocalyptic future.
Featuring the likeness of the actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the statue captures a famous shootout scene at the police station. The statue is made of high-quality materials, to give a more realistic look and feel the head is using premium grade silicone. The detail of each part including the leather jacket is pure perfection. The weapons: SPAS-12 and AR-18 in both hands are also precisely reproduced with a high attention to details. In addition, the eyes are equipped with the LED light-up function, so they look as if they are aiming at a target.

I have the deluxe on order (may have actually arrived lol but in storage) but you gotta remember this film was from 1984 and Arnie was like 36-37 and this does look almost spot on. I also think sometimes that with the videos that we see on TH-cam especially with silicone skin, we aren’t seeing all the true gradations of skin and undertones that we would see if we were standing in person with the statue. As a 1/2 scale deluxe figure coming out for $3k, I mean it’s not cheap but let’s look at the statue market in general over the last year and how the pricing has absolutely escalated. I think it looks great, I can’t wait to set mine up when my room is done being constructed.

75% likeness ,they missed out on this on the sculpt side. Should be much better because its a 1/2 scale.
Looks good but something about the hair bugs me!!
I've got this, the deluxe edition and I have to say it's a great piece overall. The pictures don't do it justice (e.g. the trouser colour) and I prefer mine with the battle damaged head - just more detail. The hair on the standard edition is the only niggle, but it's not hugely an issue. Congrats to anyone else who owns this.

Cool statue. I like it for what it is. I know why they used just one body, but I wish P1 would have done a separate statue with a "battle damaged" body in a different pose to go along with that narley second head sculpt, which i would display if I owned this. Thanks for the video.

Prime 1 has the t-800 bust out. So woulda been nice to incorporate the same
i was on the waitlist on sideshow for this and it opened up today and got it, sure its expensive but end of the day its half scale and looks great anywhere as a stand alone all by itself even, although have many other statues i dont feel this needs to be surrounded by others to look good. it just looks great anywhere

The hair is ..... bad, just bad. It looks like the early days of hair plugs. The rest is great. Love the version without the sunglasses
Terminator is my favourite movie, so I may be a bit biased but I think the statue is beautiful with the exception of the hair, however I do think it looks great with the glasses on

I am a big terminator fan and i had this on order but seeing in hand photos, pose looks great, guns look great but the face looks off...with sunglasses yes looks great, but soon as you take them off, something isn't quite right especially for the price nearly 2 n half grand so i cancelled mine sadly.
If if this was half price yes but not at full whack+an extra£500 forra proper real leather jacket is arip off. Why didn't they just include a1:2scale leather jacket on it🤔🤷♂️
I don’t see Arnold in this sculpt. Not what I remember at least. Hair looks a bit too long, no? Other than that a gorgeous piece. I’m more fond of 1/4 and 1/6 though. Hot Toys tech noir is spot-on and that’s 1:6.

Doesn’t make any sense that they didn’t use real leather, some 1/4 scale figures have real leather so why the hell not 1/2 scale?
Between the pale face paint and the hair color its not doing it justice also it looks like the headsculpt is based off the puppet they used in the movie from the bathroom scene where he takes out his eye
For that kind of $$ I would have saved a little more and ordered/bought Queen Studios Arnold bust…… that is an incredible likeness and detail is exceptional. Of course only for the true Arnold enthusiast for the price point.
But you'd need even deeper pockets forra Queen studio's T-800 battle damaged bust😬😩
1/2 scale is too large it looks like a child sized 1/1 statue,if you understand what I am getting it, upto 1/3 scale you can get a proper scale
It's avarge at best+the hair on it is all wrong. But i can sadly see this piece going down in value due to the sheer amount of cancellations on it

What’s up with the hair on this statue? It definitely wasn’t like that in the first Terminator.
The deluxe version looks more of him then the excaly revieuw i think its a fail the headahulpt and hair and eyes something is off he dont look badass like the terminatoe he looks sad or something

Pants are the wrong color and the hair like the movie is practically a small mullet , not spiked slick back 🤦

I think the head in the proto looks wider. Maybe it's just the camera lens. Also the hair looks awful.
Don’t like it much, likeness is so-so, and the hair is plain awful. With a haircut and glasses on he looks ok. A disappointment overall for me
