Mastercam tip: Taper Spiral Boring in Mastercam - Countersink boring

- In this video I'm going to show you how we can use a thread mill toolpath to machine a big countersink surface with a small chamfer tool. The tool will do a taper spiral move during the cut.
- This tip can also be applied with a flat end mill to do the rough cut.

I've followed your steps and double checked my programing and I am still getting steps from the finish tool. I started with a 3/4 inch chamfer mill and the switched to a insert chamfer tool. With both tools I'm getting steps left in the countersink. Do you have any suggestions?
