▢ 1 cup maida
▢ ¾ tsp baking powder
▢ ¼ tsp baking soda
▢ ¼ tsp salt
▢ 21 pieces dark chocolate
Sugar or powder sugar ??
Milk warm or cold?

Whenever there's oil used in a cake batter, it is always advisable to measure the dry ingredients separately and add a little of the wet ingredient mixture at a time. Helps to get rid of all the lumps. Otherwise dry flour lumps float on the oil and do not mix well

You didn't show how you separated the cake from the pan, that is not an easy task to do.
