I just watched your first episode of your new TH-cam show and I wanted to give you some feedback.
Overall, I thought it was really well done. The visuals were clean and professional, and your presentation was top-notch. You were clearly knowledgeable about the real estate market, and you were able to engage your guest in a way that was both informative and entertaining.
One thing I would suggest is that you consider giving a backstory of how your potential clients got to a place where they can afford such luxurious homes. This could be a great way to inspire viewers and show them that it is possible to achieve their own dreams of homeownership.
For example, you could ask your guests about their personal journey to success. What were their challenges? What were their successes? What advice would they give to others who are looking to buy a home?
I think this would be a great way to add a personal touch to your show and make it more relatable to viewers.
Overall, I thought your first episode was a great start. Keep up the good work!
Great analysis and good idea however I think South Africans aren't there yet. The ones who own these cribs may be scared of looking like they are flexing flashing their wealth or show off or worse being tailed and scrutinised by the hawks and SARS. On the other hand we living amongst extremely jealous people who are finding joy and happiness in seeing succesful individuals falling from Grace. Instead of apreciating the crib they will sniff around dig for some old skeletons and scandals and the whole show starts trending for all the wrong reasons so it's better the owners remain anonymous. Well, that's just my opinion
@@mpumimdluli5894 you’re spot on. Also, most watch such shows just to drool over the properties, bringing in those elements would change the format of the show. For example, I noted when the two gents started speaking about Andile’s life and not showing the house, it stuck out and was out of place, it broke the flow. That time could’ve been spent on showing the bed in the bedroom.

Enjoy the pool or sonar...losen up man. Do something exciting in the house, show us how things actually work.

@@mightyrsa9772 I agree with you 100%. For us who follow people like Ernez on TH-cam, we literally just enjoy the tours and details of the house. Many women take enterior design ideas from such tours. I think TT will get the hang of it, otherwise I enjoyed this tour.

Hi bra TT, Wow, this is amazing. Great job. What I would like for you to add in the future is a little bit of stats, about the land and house square meters, the features of the house prior to the viewing, as well as the price. Tell me more about the architect and interior designer and when the house was built. By doing that, it makes me as the viewer be more intrigued and eager to know why it costs that much.
The editing was great, yet I felt as though I was shown bits and pieces of this 40 million home. I need a sense of flow and feel of the house by you walking me through, from the main entrance leading to the staircase and the lounge to the kitchen. Set the mood for me. Tell me more about the art works and how they incorporate the space and make it more valuable.
Above everything, I would appreciate it if you would make me imagine myself living in the individual spaces you describing, like when you were in the second lounge. You could have sold me something like binge watching Netflix series in the months of winter with "lovey bunny" whilst still acknowledging the design of the room. Wabona
The kitchen is one of the most important places in the house; it is the heart. Tell me what appliances there are; is the oven integrated or not? How big is the island, and how can I entertain my guests or family whilst prepping for dinner or breakfast? Sell me the dream.
Show me the garage and the parking space; I need to know how many cars can fit. I mean, I'm not buying a 40 million house for only two parking spaces.
You get the idea.
Overall, I love this, and I'm here for you, bra TT.

Just watched the episode and here are my notes to the team: I’d suggest that TT intros the episode with all the information about the house ( how big it is, the size of the land, how many bedrooms and the area where the house is. During this we would see establishing shots/ birds eye view of the property - do this as intro instead of at the end of the episode.
We would like to get a bit more detail on things we can’t really see on camera, what kind of tile , the texture of the walls, give us the feel of the house, in certain rooms are there interesting views. Every detail😝
I’d suggest that all the content be kept in video for consistency. Putting in stills gives it a slideshow feel.
I like that the episode ends with footage of the property at night , that was beautifully shot🙌🏽
Lastly, TT can do this by himself, no need for a guest. And he can keep his suits to dark tones so the main focus is the property.
Overall, thank you for this! You guys are on to something👏🏾👏🏾

Please also make a show on professionals and entrepreneurs. All the different types. I enjoyed the interview with the woman who worked in the automotive industry. I learnt a lot especially because it brought in a South African and African context. The assembly of our vehicles, the relationship with other countries because of those assembly plants and where her expertise fit in the bigger scheme.

I'm purely watching this for entertainment but I don't really understand who the target market is. Teach us something. Inspire us with a story or two. We grew up on Top Billing and even that had the owners of the house so we connected with the home and not just the building and it's stuff.

A few pointers: I like this kind of content and I was looking forward to watching, but I struggled to make out what the show is about. Is it about TT and a guest showing us nice houses around JHB, is it an advert, or... ?
Also think you should script it..., I was immediately comparing it with other property showcase shows, but it was missing the rich vocabulary and x factor. Otherwise make it Kasi, unique and add more venac..... which is also nice to watch... somethingnyana nje

Thanks TT for this show, I love property shows so I will def subscribe and check to see where the market is. What would be useful is the following as part of the end along with the prices:
- sq metre of the property
- location ( Dbn, JHb, CPT, PE etc ) so we can understand and benchmark properly
Lastly, it will also be useful to show houses in areas that we would otherwise not know but have interest ( for holiday homes) like Pezula, Port Alfred etc
