HOUSING AND ITS IMPORTANCE

"Capital appreciates in housing over a period of 20 years- By investing in property your capital grows, even if you're taking out a loan, its forcing you to save and eventually the property is paid off".
I therefore encourage young people to look at the construction industry, housing industry and infrastructure industry because these create jobs and people can learn. There are so many jobs in construction from basic building , plumbing, electrical works etc; once you learn how to do these artisanal works using your hands and brains, then you start to train your eyes to see things very differently , you pay attention to detail and avoid going through life like dreamers. We need to train our people to have that eye for proficiency.

Get a loan from the bank with a long term payment period, buy the property, put it on rent. Pay the bank loan in installments. This is what i am learning from Mr Bitature.
