My granny taught this recipe to my mother..and mom taught me ..this vedio looks so easy to make..but dont be fooled..itsss really hardworking to do this ..the foli fish has finy fish bones which attached to the skin u have to clean properly and sometime u get pinched by fishbones..but honestly when the food is done its really delicious.and so yaam

Foli fish has lots and lots of tiny bones. It is not a great idea to prepare kofta (which should be ideally boneless) with this fish. Great deftness and skills of the hands that prepare it is required.
