I have a few pokemon figures that im planning on making a mold out of 1 of them is a metallic eevee would i have to put something in the space of its paws when casting or can it be casted without adding anything in that space? The eevee is on the small side I also have a bigger 3d printed pikachu that I want to cast too but with the same question for the eevee
I really appreciate these pointers! My first batch of molds after heeding your advice came out much better than the previous ones. My technique still needs a bit more work to the original dice master out without some silicone numbers staying with it, but I'm definitely more confident now!
I’m so happy to hear that! If you’re still having problems with your mold tearing, I recommend trying a different silicone. Smooth-on makes dozens of silicones and some are sturdier than others. The moldstar line is my personal favorite, but even within that line there is variety in the silicone.
Thank you! This was very helpful!

Also! You could try using a mold release!
Awesome video! What size/model BACOENG vacuum chamber did you use? Thanks so much!
