I love how you guys streamline the gameplay by cutting out all the measuring and time contemplating your moves. It makes it a lot more interesting for the viewer. Also love the post-match replay showing all the moves that happened.
Said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE this format! So many channels will just show the whole unedited 2 hour game play. I'm sure that is a lot easier for them but just too long for me. If I had 2 hours I would play my own game of Shatterpoint. Thank you for respecting people's time yet still entertaining them.
I have no interest in Star wars or Shatterpoint but you guys make everything look fun. Could probably upload a game of Ludo and I'd be engaged, keep killing it fellas!
I feel like gar saxon and super commando synergize with vadar more. I'm running something similar. Vadar/Bo-Katan/Arf Troops Ashoka/Gar Saxon/Super Commandos
Love your batreps. One thing though about Kalani controlling the objective in turn 1. I thought you had to be on the same elevation to control an objective? "At the end of each Turn, the player with the most characters at the same Elevation as an Objective token and contesting that objective controls it" pg 19 of the rulebook I'm reading 📚
One other question cus I really want to make sure I'm getting the rules correct. I thought when you advance you can't go up a level without going up an ingress point? You did this a couple of times during the match such as with the b2s in struggle 3. "When a character advances (X), it moves using the Advance tool. The character must end this movement at the same Elevation or lower than it began this move" pg 24 of my rulebook.
Ahsoka's first avtivation was move-ability-combat, how did she get 3 actions? After watching some more everything is getting 3 actions isnt everything only allowed 2 actions? Edit: I see where i misunderstood, an ability has to say it cost an action otherwise its essentially a free action.
Don’t like the G** D*** drop, but otherwise your content is really good and I enjoy listening to the narration. I’d encourage you not to curse the One who gives us life.
These Shatterpoint bat reps are about as enjoyable as the rest of them, but I just can't get behind some parts of the rules. The random activation aspect drives me crazy. I generally dislike any mechanics that deprives me of agency over my own units. Also, the general lack of death in this rules system feels bad. Makes it feel more like a sport that a real battle with stakes.
I feel the same way about the lack of death but I like it. To me it makes it feel more like an old cartoon where no one ever really dies, they just retreat to fight another day.
I love the randomness because you have to change how you play and factor it in. Also, there is plenty of depth to the game. It's easy to learn but there’s a lot of rules interactions and nuisances that can add really interesting gameplay moments.
@@savagesean1831 I feel like taking away player agency in that way would only make it less tactical and more random. But to be fair, I've never actually played it.
These batreps give me life while I can't play Shatterpoint myself. Keep it up, homies!
Thanks Scott! Loved your take on the inquisitors!!
Dude you are the best content creators for Shatterpoint. MILES ahead everyone else. Keep up the good work!

Amazing paint job on the minis - kudos!
I have yet to play this game but that Separatist list is exactly what I want to do.

New soundteack!!! Awesome
I have no interest in Star wars or Shatterpoint but you guys make everything look fun.
Could probably upload a game of Ludo and I'd be engaged, keep killing it fellas!
Thx for this Shatterpoint Content!
Love these Shatterpoint videos! Don't suppose AMG sent you Earth's Mightiest Core Set to try out huh? I'd love to see that.
Nice batrep. One suggestion, show the priority objective in 2nd and 3rd struggles.
I feel like gar saxon and super commando synergize with vadar more. I'm running something similar.
Vadar/Bo-Katan/Arf Troops
Ashoka/Gar Saxon/Super Commandos
Always great videos and reports. I look forward to these!
Hopefully some hunter and hunted warcry on the agenda……
Awesome!! More Shatterpoint battle reports please. Also, do you guys play Star Wars legion?

Love these batreps I'd love to see more! Take my view s

In those situations our minis were climbing, not advancing!
@@MountainsideTabletop Roger Roger. Haha 👍 thanks 😊
Grievous is a Droid, but not a Battle Droid. Why? I have no idea. Makes you think.
Your best paint jobs yet! Is it the size of the models or did y'all just take more time on these?
yooo i love shatterpoint
Do you guys have a painting guide? I'm looking for ideas
what's the clawhammer banjo music in the beginning?

; _ ; Victor, I feel for you! Have you one any of these batreps yet?
He’s no longer Dark Vader but LIGHT Vader!
No longer Darth Vader, but is now Lithe Vader.
Are you pre measuring movements for video purposes? I notice you're not using any measuring tools.
Yes! We cut most of the measurement etc. out just to keep it moving. We measure everything off camera.
Wish you guys actually use the movement and range templates but I guess that's just me. Good content still overall.

These aspects are actually the best part. It creates an incredibly tactical game that makes you think and prioritize strategy over everything else.
