To G Force experience (or whatever the software is called for nividia cards) and go to settings. I forgot what it is, but it's some sort of overlay that you turn off, then that goes away

not how it works, it does less dmg per tick so its doing the same dmg
when you modify sightless beam, it lasts longer but less damage per hit
the one shot build is caled neural overload shadowseekers...
