Perfect help! I've been having problems since 2019, without success, due to the pandemic and the product has gone out of production... They (Kinetic) gave me these steps to recover the roll, and now after a lot of complaining I'm going to get a Control Machine T-6400. Hope it finally works... Thanks again for your help and explanations!
Great video, have issues with R&R wheel on, but it only cost me £40, so if this works I'll be a happy lad. Circuit board look's ok so grease gun out & fingers crossed 🤞
Hi, great video. It is helping me to begin fixing my trainer. I am wondering how you removed the black round flywheel cover mentioned at 15:00 ? thanks
@@kt31166 Sorry, I should have been more specific. I was wondering how to get to the bolt holding the flywheel. I found that the center "hubcap" comes off easily. And yes, an impact wrench does take off the mounting bolt. Thanks for your video, it pointed me in the right direction to be able to find and fix my issue. I was able to access the circlip that holds my flywheel axle in place. I had come loose and was causing the magnet to grind against the flywheel.
@@williamsnow7111got it and wow more headaches. I did not ever remove the flywheel. Just worked around it. With the paint brush I showed in the video. I wish you best of luck with it. I used the machine for a couple more months before giving up on it and by that point Kinetic had stopped selling it all together. Too bad had a lot of promise
Hello, I have had a problem with the 9mm adapters, I have lost the one on the cassette part, and I was to see if you could send me the measurements, so I can make an identical one. Thank you so much!! Kinetic R1
Hello, unfortunately I no longer have this machine. It never did work properly enough for me and shortly after this video it went out of production and that was the end of that. For this was money lot on fire! Haha. Good luck I hope you find an answer.

I did not remove it. You would likely need an impact wrench to get it off.

My road machine constantly reads 20 watts low and revs sticks around 65. Might be low on fluid?
