I worked holidays in a BUSY Italian bakery here in Chicago before and Christmas is definitely tough😰 opening at 6am and not closing until 7-8pm😩 those days are definitely memorable!

Oh my gosh this is so inspirational it just give me the cheer of Christmas and how thankful we have to be to have all the stuff even though it’s not Christmas yet and that Christmas is not about the presents it about giving
There are so many good people out there, its great to see. On Christmas Day there are Volunteers trying to help homeless people enjoy Christmas Day and for Buddy to do that is really amazing. Those volunteers could be at home with their families but instead they are giving back to the people that really need it. I wonder if he brings all the left overs to the homeless during regular weeks, im sure he does.
Working in a bakery on Christmas eve really is the busiest we made about 4000 croissants for that single day and they put us the Danish makers on deliveries and loading the stores it really is crazy and stressful
Wow, people were lined up and patiently waiting to come into the bakery! If I ever visit New Jersey, I have to go get some snacks from Carlo’s Bakery! Everything they make looks delicious. 😋
