Pipes explode only when player activates them, so it must have been PlayGround or another player that got into his mp session idk
There might be a chance you were playing online and another player blow up a steam pipe From the distance. The car might have despawn because it was destroy and was there too long and the game l despawn it because the cops were coming and it save space on rendering distance. I feel it more likely a steam pipe then the car explodeing again because the car was already fully destroy and fully destroy car like that can’t explode again. Hope my guess help really love and am into the watchdogs franchise

Why do they make worse games with better graphics?
To make money so you see ubisoft is like the other version of besthsda but they release trailers like the first watch dogs game which had better graphics and they downgraded also watch dogs 1 had a lot of glitches too.

The explosions on WD look intimidating and big
On WD2 it has the same effect but with less smoke and some debree coming out of the air while on WDL they are just disappointing, It's just a fireball that doesn't fit on the game

As much as I like Watch dogs Legion cause it's set in my hometown London. WD2 was the best in terms of quality characters, story, the city felt more alive authentic the game itself had a much better vibe than Legion.

Yep, just a few companies prevail with that magic such as Insomniac games, Santa Monica Studios, Rockstar Games, Naughty Dog, Guerrilla Studios. Hope there will be more indies companies that rise that care about details in the future but in general games are doomed to just fancy looking with graphics

I just got Watchdogs Legion. I had WD2 for a couple of years but never played the first one. WDL was more realistic but it was a more dark compact setting. Watchdogs 2 was so bright and colorful and clean looking

I think it was co op. Whenever I free roam sometimes I hear people explode the manpipes
It causes me some sort of anxiety to see how the fuck does the windshield doesn't break in WD and WDL.

I think the wd legion is more realistic because in reality the front window of the car does not explode but of course it does not explode either XD apart you are not a vampire because you are reflected in the windows
Another thing more realistic about Watch_Dogs: Legion is all vehicles seems to have their own horn. Previous Ubisoft games, they all have randomized horns.
It's seems Ubisoft got rid of all the old horn and replaced them with new horns to fit to setting and it's futuristic vehicles. For example, that white car has a horn that resembles a 1920's style horn, but more electronic. However trucks and buses share horn, which are extremely louder than truck and bus horns in real life.
Albions seems very downgraded to SFPD/OPD in Watch_Dogs 2.
I agree with the windshield is more realistic, as reality windshields are laminated glass. Ubisoft got windshields right, Rockstar or other developers never gets windshields correctly, they all think windshields are just regular non-laminated glass.
