- Our 2nd big walk during our week long break in the Mournes, Co.Down. Today's walk started at Carrick Little car park, climbing Slieve Binnian via the Blue Lough. We had a great day of weather except when we got to the top and the clouds descended. Binnian is a tough climb, the lack of good paths makes it tough but this also adds to the experience.
My wife and I did this in the clockwise direction a few weeks back. It was tough 😊but well worth it!
Well done, your route up to Binnian is fairly steep and not a great path at the top but the views would have been worth it. Thanks for watching, regards, Ashley
Tough walk Ashley and Andrea.A beautiful scenic place and I hope to do it with some friends next week
You will really enjoy this walk. I hope you get some good weather too. Regards, Ashley

I hope you manage to make it Julie, and there is blue sky weather! Regards, Ashley
Looked a superb walk Ashley, pity the cloud was covering the summit, it looked great up there. Blue Lough looked the perfect coffee stop. Cheers. Eddie.
Eddie, I was back last saturday and it was different! Video will come at the weekend. There are some great views up there but the climbing up is very tough. Thanks for watching, regards, Ashley
Thats the life Ashley....no more meetings, targets, hidden agendas...more power to you two.
Sean, well at least we got to meet each other there!! I'd much rather be hiking up mountains now and being with Andrea than the daily slog of GSK!! Regards, Ashley
Really enjoyed your walk. Keep safe you two. Paul in Larne.
Thanks for watching Paul. Regards, Ashley
