    - Neck Rotations in 4, both directions
    - Shoulder Rotations in 4 (x2)
    - Elbow Rotations in 4 (x2)
    - Arm Rotations in 4 (x2)
    - Trunk Rotations in 2 (x4)
    - Trunk Rotations with Pivot/Squat (x4)
    - Reach and Collapse in in 8
    - Lean Over Knee in 4s (x4)
    - Body Roll Up in 8
    - Big Reach Up and Over Leg in 8
    - Straight Leg Stretch on the Left / Middle / Right in 8s
    - Lift up in 4, reset posture
    - Flamingo for 8 (x2)
    - Knee Swings (x4) + Straight Leg Swings (x4) - Both Sides
    - 1st position Plie in 4 (x2)
    - 2nd position Plie in 4 (x2)
    - Left Tendu (HOLD 4) / Right Tendu (HOLD 4)
    - Around the World in 2s
    - Ankle Rotations, 8 counts per foot
    - 1st Position Releve in 2s (x4)
    - 2nd position Releve in 2s (x4)
    - Plie Inversions in Left 2nd (x4)
    - Left Foot Lunges to Points 2, 8, 1, and 5 (2 counts per position)
    - Right Foot Lunges to Points 2, 8, 3, and 5 (2 counts per position)
    - Plie Inversions in Right 2nd (x4)
    - Big Reach and Collapse in 8
