- I visited Rovaniemi, Finland last November. I had such a great time and I'm sharing with you the first part of my trip!!!

About the food up in there, I've had expensive business lunches all around Finland during past few decades, and have to say one of the top 5 dinners I've got was in Lapland, some 220Km / 140Miles north from Rovaniemi and it also in wintertime, actually early winter. They have to use all the local stuff, berries fish from the lake next by and the famous lappish potatoes. :)

I was there a few yeas back about the same time. It was beautiful. I love the Lumberjacks Candle Bridge it is an imposing sight. I hope you went to Santa Claus's village
What dates did you go? Did you have enough snow to do activities?
@@coreysayers4872 I was in Finland in 2016 in late October early November there was plenty of in Lapland and the rivers were just beginning to freeze. Later when I was in Helsinki there was plenty of snow everywhere. I'm from Australia so whilst there are parts of Australia that get snow - snow related activities are not really for me.
