I use a custom Xtended Target you can Download from EQinterface . You can download it here www.eqinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=6920 . Once you have it installed in your UI Folder, log in to your character and adjust it the way you want. You can have it all Horizontal or Vertical , or stretch it into Columns.
