No it is all pre recorded through TH-cam videos and they loved it. I uploaded and scheduled all the prerecorded videos on my trainerize app and my clients had a great time and my clients engagement went through the roof.

So do we build a 4 week calendar with the activities and habits etc. Then add the clients and then the scores will tally? Im confused as how to enter their challenges?
