    Thank you so much for picking up. That valley is getting worst every year in the areas we are still so blessed to drive into.

    Great video as usual, Jed! You are certainly revealing parts of Oregon I've never seen before! Nice of you to clean up other peoples' trash, BTW - good for you. Oh hey, I took your advice and ordered a Silky Biggboy online. It was a handheld "tool" alright, but what came was completely different than what you showed. Maybe I should've checked out that website before I ordered :-/

    What percentage of place that you drive could you do in a Subaru(with some aggressive tyres)?

      Thank you! Including road driving 99%. Only unpaved probably 95%. I need a lift and bigger tires to be much more capable. My ground clearance isn’t much more than a forester. The low range, rear locker, and crawl control/a-trac are definitely very helpful.

    Dude, that's so weird! I was thinking about you earlier today, and wondered how you were doing since you hadn't uploaded in a bit. I just now got around to checking my yt notifications and there you are!
    I'll have to put one of those Silky Bigboy saws on my wishlist. I already have a small folding saw that could have handled those branches, but I'm afraid it won't help if the tree is bigger than its blade. It's in my BOB for now. I absolutely don't have room for a chainsaw in my rig, so that Silky looks to be the next best thing that I've seen.
    7:50 mark: No way could I get my lifted Suburban with my cargo box under that. Lol. I'd have to back up and/or turn around at that point.
    They turned an old railway all across the country into walking and biking trails. It's called the Great American Rail-Trail. I'm not sure what the property owners thought of that, but it seems to be popular amongst the locals. Actually, a friend of mine in Ohio was saying that it would be nice to have property with the trail running through it so that you could offer paid camping spots for people who are backpacking/overnighting (for a reasonable fee). You know, have manicured tent sites with toilet and shower facilities, and fresh water and trash disposal. Maybe some campfire rings or old cast-iron grills like you see in state parks. You'd have to deal with permits, I'm sure, but it sounds like a really good idea. If people in every state did this all the way across country, it would make it enjoyable for those who want to travel the entire 3700 miles.

    That forest is beautiful, so lush! Like you, I prefer animals to most people. I cannot fathom how anyone can be so thoughtless and leave their trash there. It take so little effort to take it out with you and dump it in a trash can! Thanks for cleaning it up. And for the record, do NOT use the Silky Bigboy as a sex toy! 😜 I actually saw that for the first time recently on that show Naked and Afraid. It looks like a really good tool to have. Safe travels!

    can you elaborate about that antenne that you folded down ? Is it for your 4G-5G signal ? :) thanks

    • @IntoTheMystery13
      @IntoTheMystery13  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s for phone service and 4g/5g. It’s boost signal, does not create it when there is none. It works great, and I wouldn’t want to be without it. Here is an affiliate link that won’t cost you any extra but kicks me a percent or two: amzn.to/3VZ5iOm
