What a great day for a ride. The train went thought a lot of small towns where the train went right behind home's backyards. Those backyards were beautifully landscaped. The roads and farms were gorgeous and very clean. The scenery was tremendous. Slovenia never disappoints on the beauty of these train rides. Thanks for showing me this part of the world.
Very interesting ride. At first it is a trip through what appear to be very prosperous neighborhoods. Every structure very well maintained and the hedges are trimmed just so. This is obviously a branch line thru rural territory. The grass growing between the rails tells you that. But the scenery is absolutely beautiful and as we climb up into the hills along the river the trip seems almost idyllic. And yet there are obviously large industrial enterprises and also large farms that appear to be doing well. A very fascinating ride through county I Knew nothing about. The more i watch your videos of Slovenia the more l love the country. Thank you for another GREAT video.

But as you noticed there is also an industrial area.There is a coal mine in Velenje and Thermoelectric plant in Šoštanj, a town near. And Gorenje Group is one of the leading European home appliance manufacturers and founded in 1950.
Nice and pleasant scenic ride! First part is like cruising through the neighborhood, waving to everyone. :) Although it seems like a simple ride, this one starts at 226m elevation and ends at 386m. And at the end we can almost see the place from whence our cooking ranges, dish washers and refrigerators come. :D

The second section of this railway is very scenic, with the nice mountains around. The line climbs some 200m in altitude from Celje, enjoyed it a lot, thanks for sharing such great cab rides, greetings from a traveller from Germany!
Excelent footage as always. We had a tragedy yesterday when a train hit a car on the crossing, so it is sad seeing so many unmarked crossings here , at least I hope that tragedies dont occur
Thank you. I was reading about the tragic accident in the news. It is really sad. In Slovenia there are quite a few unmarked crossing as well. They could be very dangerous.
Anche questa tratta ferroviaria stupenda. Sembra che in questi luoghi non esiste l'ombra delle città dove il comun denominatore è il cemento e tanta confusione come traffico e gente che và e che viene. Qui prevale la natura il verde nelle strade non c'è il traffico con lunghe e interminabili code di automobili. Tutto sembra avere un equilibrio con la natura circostante e la vita sembra essere più soft e non frenetica come di solito accade qui dalle mie parti. Bellissimo viaggio anche in quest'ultimo video.
Yes, this line is a small regional line and there are no big cities, not a lot of traffic..Slovenia in general is like this, very green, lots of small towns and villages. I personally like it very much.

i think the only missing feature is constantly to show on screen the names of the 2 stations between where you are - otherwise you always to have to search for the stations by means of time

You can see the name of the stations if you scroll the mouse on the line on the bottom of the video.
problem is internet in croatia is slow and limited in villages so is better to save films, and then the problem arises
