  • This time I made the Dark Cocoa Chocolate Mille Crepe Cake.
    We took a switch in the regular color of the famous mille crepe cake popular amongst Valentines Day, White Day, and party occasions.
    The moment you indulge the cake, its slightly bitter cocoa powder aroma will further enhance the sweetness of the chocolate cream; this is definitely a delicious and mature mille crepe cake.

    ■Dark Cocoa Crepe batter
    Whole egg (L egg): 2
    Milk: 400cc
    Sugar: 3 tablespoons
    Cake Flour: 130g
    Pure cocoa powder: 10g
    Dark cocoa powder: 10g
    Baking powder: ½ teaspoon
    Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
    ■Chocolate cream
    Dairy cream: 300cc
    Milk chocolate (between 35-50%): 60g
    Dark chocolate (approx. 70%): 30g
    Sugar: 2 teaspoons
