hello, health practitioner here. Very limited information but most likely diagnosis of your groin pain is adductor strain. Where is the pain (centre, or on one leg)? What makes it worse/better (running worse and rest makes it better)? I'd recommend resting (no running) and an ice pack for a week. Second week, I'd recommend gentle jogging but MUST stop if you feel any twinging/pain + look up adductor stretches and do some. Third week, do some adductor exercises (lateral lunges, side-lying adduction. There's a lot of exercise and see which ones you think would best for you) but don't go super hard otherwise you'll potentially reinjure. Subsequent weeks, just increase quantity or resistance (resistance bands, use gravity to make it harder) as your adductors get stronger. Hope you get better soon!

I don't know exactly where the pain is and if it spreads in a certain pattern, so another diagnostic might be related to a potential testicular injury or even the start of a hernia (if you lifted heavy weights lately) so this assumption should be taken into consideration if the pain doesn't subside after resting, but above all a small check up on a professional/eco-screening wouldn't hurt.
Ian, you might be experiencing chaffing. It’s when your legs rub together so much your skin can become irritated. If it’s more muscular it could be an adductor strain so stretching might be all you need. I did a triathlon a few years ago and used to be over weight so chaffing was something I experienced a lot. Either way, a nice pair of compression shorts/boxers would work really well for preventing future chaffing. In the mean time, some medicated baby powder on the effected areas will help heal the irritated skin and give you some relief.

The tactic to avoid the appearance of abrasions on the inner thighs is to reduce the friction between clothing and/or skin. This can be done in a few different ways and it is good to know them all. Moisture and sweat can be eliminated with the help of talc. There are body powders (sometimes called talc powders) that you can buy and powder on the area where a lot of rubbing occurs. Body powder between the thighs and buttocks is a simple and preventive way to prevent chafing. The cheapest is to order from an online pharmacy. The clothes can also be a contributing factor where the design and material come into play. Tight-fitting cycling pants, functional underpants or boxer briefs are better to wear than loose underwear in chafing material and with protruding seams. 3 preemptive defense against infantry fire Air the skin The right underwear Maintain hygiene

Bro this used to happen to me too, I would get horrible burns if I ran for too long since my legs are too big and close together. The solution I found was wearing tighter pants and tighter boxers. Using lotion also helped but it would often fall off because of my sweat and it was uncomfortable putting and having lotion on in the middle of a run. Edit: tighter boxers also made it so jumping from high places wouldn’t hurt my privates as much, a problem I didn’t know even existed until I started hopping tall fences

I've seen "nut butter," too, but these just limit contact irritation, which I suspect is the issue given your muscle gain. If you have severe irritation and skin breakdown, I'd recommend zinc (desitin) when not running (also what we recommend for diaper rashes, but it's just a barrier ointment to protect sensitive areas). I've also had to use large bandages over problem areas (and adjacent areas) if things got too out of control. With this, it doesn't matter the type of underwear I wear and I much prefer anything but cotton. Happy running!
Ian unless you might have gotten some light injury or muscle strain or not, you might also want to check on specific fabric for your running gear (shirt, socks, underwear) and conditionner/gel that reduces friction between your skin and your gear due to sweat or repetitive movements. I ran for pretty long distance (21km) for quite some time. For me, the best thing was to NOT shave the groin area (because little sharp hair cause some kind of acne if you sweat while running) and use the baby powder (or baby cream) Hope it helps!

Everything is cool and all, but the levels are a problem- i am f2p a pekka player and rarely do i try to level up my goblins, and now they are the only useful thing in a brand new gamemode
Goblin demo is really good in my opinion if you take into account that it has death damage and if you have a tank for it the splash damage he does with his attacks are good it punishes witches a lot even the magic archer gets bodied by him wizard surprisingly also hurts from him but the wizard is more likely to die from the death of demo he is really decent
9:11 you might like to switch to biking instead,it's also easier on your knees and possibly better on the long term, I squat 90 kilos on leg days and my max is 130 kg,(not anything impressive but I'm natty so yeah) never had issues riding my bike.
The irritation in the private parts also happen to me when running, it was because my underwear were hold and the material was causing it to irritate when both legs touched while running, just make sure the underwear doesnt have fuzz or arent very old!
Hey Ian77 - For running, stay away from cotton. I have been a runner for years I don't own any cotton socks or undergarments. Look for the materials to contain some percentage of polyester, nylon and spandex but NO cotton. Cotton is great after a run but not during one.
The fact that you practically get free troops on the field is going to punish these sort of decks. Give players time to figure out how to play this mode effectively.
