My world was turned upside down, and I had to learn to live my life without him. It’s so hard….My mom died when she was 38 and I was 6.
What a beautiful interview/exchange. I have always liked this dude and only just recently learned of Riley (my daughters knew her but not really the connection to her mother, grandmother, father and grandfather). My favorite parts were when she said she had an ability to be unafraid of failure and the entire conversation about your brothers. I've lost two and it was such a warm and wonderful exchange. My brother died one year after my mother. Those experiences you shared were so connective. Thank you.
I've only seen pics of her & her family thru the years ; when her brother passed I was saddened ...seeing this interview has made me a fan ; she is delightful & intelligent Many blessings to her & her family
Thank you for talking about suicide so openly. I lost my beloved cousin and is the same thing- no one wants to talk about it. Suicide needs to be discussed and not be such a taboo subject. It is such a shocking and hard to comprehend death. I was notified BY EMAIL, as no one in the family could deal with the manner of his death ( same as your brother's)
I agree, my cousin just died of the same thing as well and me and my siblings all know that’s what happened but my aunt won’t say tell anyone the cause of death. I know it’s hard for me that we aren’t talking about it because I randomly think about it during the day, and already having mental health issues it’s hard, and I can’t tell how it’s effecting my younger siblings and how they’re grasping it.
It’s painful enough to lose someone you love, but I find it incomprehensible that mental health issues and suicide are often so stigmatized and shamed. Especially when people view it as a selfish act…they have no idea how long a person might have held on to their pain, held on simply to spare the people that love them from pain. That doesn’t sound selfish to me, it’s just incredibly sad that anyone has gone through life carrying so much pain that they feel like the only way to make it stop is to end their life. To everyone living life with grief I’m sending you love, may you find solace in your happier memories as you navigate life without your loved ones.❤

Not looking for any sympathy but I too had a brother that committed suicide.

Thank you.
I've only seen pics of her & her family thru the years ; when her brother passed I was saddened ...seeing this interview has made me a fan ; she is delightful & intelligent
Many blessings to her & her family
I lost my baby brother when I was a kid. I feel for Riley. 💔❤️
I know it’s hard for me that we aren’t talking about it because I randomly think about it during the day, and already having mental health issues it’s hard, and I can’t tell how it’s effecting my younger siblings and how they’re grasping it.
yes, I agree with you.
mental health is
still frowned upon.
suicide should be
more published.....xx
sorry for your loss.🌹🌹
It’s painful enough to lose someone you love, but I find it incomprehensible that mental health issues and suicide are often so stigmatized and shamed. Especially when people view it as a selfish act…they have no idea how long a person might have held on to their pain, held on simply to spare the people that love them from pain. That doesn’t sound selfish to me, it’s just incredibly sad that anyone has gone through life carrying so much pain that they feel like the only way to make it stop is to end their life. To everyone living life with grief I’m sending you love, may you find solace in your happier memories as you navigate life without your loved ones.❤
Elvis would be Very Proud of his granddaughter Riley. God Bless her and her family❤️🙏
I am here watching xxxx
She's her mamma's girl!! She looks, laughs, and sounds exactly like Lisa. Beautiful soul!! 💜💜
She looks like her mom, but she resembles more like her dad Danny, good combination of both genes.
Really she sounds like her voice???
@Triple Crown yes I would say that, but she is 💯 mom
Much softer voice, more feminine sounding than lisa
She's lovely. Lisa was a good mama to her babies. I noticed that she was touching her necklace that says Ben Ben when she first started talking about her brother. Prayers for Riley and everyone who loved Lisa going forward.
Grounded, gracious and gentle.. ..precious Presley genes...she has and will make her late Mother and all her family proud...
She's beautiful, a lovely girl. Elvis would have been so proud and doting on her, as I'm sure they all are! :)
She's so natural and unaffected. Also she pronounces FOLK correctly which makes me so happy.
Riley, hope you are doing ok, So sorry to hear about your Mam's passing. God bless her and your lovely brother 🙏.Remembering also your dear grandad .
My heart hurts for her 😢 such a sweet and beautiful girl and good head on her shoulders! God bless her through all of this at her her most difficult days ahead 😢❤
She seems so grounded here, but now with the loss of her mum too, I will worry and be praying for her.
wow, she is explaining grief exactly how i have felt about it
She's so beautiful inside & out❤💚
This is a very wise, well spoken young lady. I bet her mom and dad are so proud♥️♥️
Hope she has a good relationship with dad Danny. Never hear about him
I just love her. I’m a total fan girl. She’s so talented.
I pray for Riley & her family every day. I hate that they've had to go through so much pain. 💗
We all go through pain in this life . It is just that some do it in the lap of luxury.
@@starlite556 Also since shes a "public figure" she`s able to talk about her grief on a youtube channel or most media outlets. Us common folk, go through the exact same feelings, emotions, visions, thoughts when a loved one dies. There's absolutely no difference. We have all experience just about the same thing someone else has. Except we are not famous and no one cares what we have to say. Not looking for any sympathy but I too had a brother that committed suicide.
Awe she is a sweet heart feel so bad she just lost her mom. Many prayers to you and your family
What a beautiful young lady, she's so down to earth it's beautiful. Hope she copes with all of this I really do.
I always found Lisa Marie very aloof, charming and articulate but aloof at the same time,Riley seems more open, sharing and delightful. Lisa did a good job,
I get it, the aloofness can be seen as other things but then again Lisa is Elivis’s daughter so… the family seems very down to earth considering that fact.
Feel for her. Sending her all the love and care in the world!!!!!!!!
Me too
I hope that people tell Riley what an amazing, talented, smart, and refreshing bright light that she is, as well! 😊
She is lovely...thank you for talking about it.
Thinking of you today, strong girl. I wish you added strength and grace.
Beautiful ! Sorry for your loss !
Super talented actress and stunning woman. She is AMAZING! She is one of my top 5 favorite actresses🧡💛
Kiley, you're such a lovely and genuine person. As hard as it was to listen about your brother because of my brother's demise as well, I stayed with it through the tears and appreciated all your honesty. Also Kiley, you're such an interesting actor. I love every character I've seen you breathe live into. Look forward to seeing your future performances.
*Riley xxx
She is absolutely right, we don't talk enough about death, grief and suicide in society. People like to pretend that these things are not natural and don't happen. All I know is, I can relate to anybody who has taken their lives as a result of chronic illness. I fully intend to take my own life one day because I know that there is no future left and I don't like this human experience. Better to have a good death than a bad life. R.I.P. Riley Keough. I hope he is finally at peace.
Please don’t 😢
I hope things get better for you.
I’m sending you love, I’m so sorry you are hurting. There’s definitely no shame in speaking honestly. I do hope you find something beautiful and meaningful in this human experience that gives you a reason to want to continue living for yourself. May you find that peace while you’re still here.❤️
Wow not only she is beautiful but very intelligent & articulate!
Old soul right here ❤️
Wow this is my first impression of Riley and shes got such a cozy pleasant personality such a sweetheart I hate she has so much grief at her age but I see nothing but strength and know she will make it in this world ❤
Experiencing in grief, it is so true. After my mom passed going to her favorite place to shop I broke down and had to leave. Couldn’t do it.
Riley, I am so thankful for your ability to be so aware of yourself and feelings as well as speak them to help people in a way we understand. Waking up in grief, going to work in grief, helping a little child while in grief etc, etc, are all new experiences and change in our lives. Just more experiences in life that each one of us are left with a choice. Shall I stay in grief, or do everything to move forward creating new thoughts in our own mind. You are amazing. Thank you. I have no doubt you are, and will soar high in all that you reach for!!!
There is a magical quality in this young woman!
She is beautiful and intelligent - that’s the “magic” 😁
She’s so beautiful and eloquent. I think she’ll have an amazing career.
Ben would have been so proud of her strength. Her words will stay with me for a while
I have lost my parents two brothers plus a sister.I am proud of her because She is trying to stay calm and it is not easy,I try but doesn't always work so stay strong and I will be praying for you
What a wise, resilient, gifted young woman. I hope she knows that she, too, is a light.
