If you click the playtime message in chat it'll bring up a menu and show you where you've spent all your time. On my 1300 hour profile 800 of it was on the private island, so maybe you can see how much of yours was afk.

I also had ~300k bits I turned into coins and then back into cookies. Had ~50 days of cookie buff left. Now I have 300d and enough bits stored to make the next rank.
