Black pepper and sea salt to taste
1 - 2 tbsps Green seasoning

1 small tomato, diced
1 large carrot, cut into strips
Fresh thyme
2 tsps whole Allspice berries
1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper
Grace Fish Tea seasoning pack (use to taste)
2 - 3 cups water
1 - 2 cups coconut milk
6 or more Okras, chopped
