@@innehagen4248 I am absolutely amazed that this silly design of grommet has stayed in and is leak free. Normal design grommets have an inside lip that holds the grommet in place. Every grommet I have ever used for electrical wire protection, or for plumbing applications, has had an inside lip to hold the grommet in place. I know you said that you had good success with your grommet staying in place, but I am not willing to take a chance on a grommet failure due to this silly design of a "Top Hat" style.
Thank you for your comment. Maybe you can be as kind as to provide us with the correct name for the tool. We are not sure about the english word for it. Also you are right about using a deburring tool to cleqn up the inside. We do this in another video. In this case though the plastic melted more than "burred" so we do not think it will affect the seal. Still better to clean it up though I guess.
@@innehagen4248 I am sorry but a did replyed but can't find my reply here. The drill you used is a countersink. You must use a step drill so you can drill in small steps until you get the right size.
This grommet pops in very easily, which, of course, means it will pop out easily.
That is not experience, its been a year and it is still in there 😊

This is not a hole saw. And at the inside of the bucket you better clean the drill burrs.

What hole saw size for 19mm top hat grommet
It depends on type of grommet you are using, but for the antelco type you should use a 22mm hole saw for the 19mm top hat grommet.
Use a stepp dril. Do a test and than do some tape on the step 1 up to the one you want to use.
