An autumn trip to a cozy cabin

I spent four days and three nights at the Fry Meadow Guard Station Cabin in the Umatilla National Forest. I lucked into some beautiful weather and saw lots of western larches with their colorful fall needles. During my stay I visited Lookout Mountain, hiked around Jubilee Lake and down to the South Fork Wenaha River.

Thanks! The cabin was renovated a few years ago so it's in pretty good shape. Rustic for sure, but a great place to stay IMHO.
