Have a wonderful Christmas Donnie, family and friends. 🎄I hope you are able to have a successful harvest as soon as possible. 🙏Stay safe, healthy and happy! 💝
Hey Donnie! I hope God continues to bless you and your family. We moved back to Georgia for medical reasons and are having a hard time right now. Would appreciate prayers.
I agree with you 💯 on the christmas. I don't want my son thinking because there aren't 50 gifts under the tree that he is bad. I broke things down for him early & I definitely received criticism from people & family for doing it. So it is refreshing to hear someone else believe the way I do. It's really not about us at all. It's about our savior coming into the world to provide us with a way to get to heaven.
I like that deer video,it was curious, but stayed it’s ground, just in case. The tapping on your shoulder was to tell you,it’s here too. You could have said in your thoughts- are we looking for the same thing? When, it tapped again,an acknowledgment or waiting for a reply? More like a reply,I would think,so you could have said, cool,it’s a good day to hunt.
Hey Donnie. You look healthy, but you look like you have slimmed?I have noticed that for a while now What is the lowest temperature you can get? We don`t have snow here in south yet, but it is around zero Celsius and that is cold, but we can have up to 15 C quit cold, but up at north, up to 30 and more, I could not have lived there. Take care, love to you all. Ps. How many miles of road have you cleaned now? Ohh my dear, I jumped in my chair Mr. Donnie, I didn`t want for any thank you for all the cards, I love to send a greetings, wish I could do more.🙏🙏 I am waiting until you have fixed your computer before I am sending any more mails and pictures there. Yezz, I always want you to put the camera faced behind you, because, it is bigger chance to see something there!!
The Panhandle of Florida can get down into the teens at night for a few days during some winters but not all of them (think it has to do with La Nina and El Nino years in the Pacific Ocean). I'm SE of Donnie and it has got as low as 17 degrees on occasion. Never any snow where I'm at, so no bad roads to worry about. The Panhandle can get some ice on occasion. During those cold snaps it will always be clear skies and sunny, though. He's cleared a few miles of trails. Take care, kastah! - Don Moore
Donnie, you & your family have Happy Holidays too. Yes, you are right about the person making commercializing Christmas. When the kids were younger, I would get them around 3 small gifts each & one big gift for the whole family. Like a video game or several movies. My step-monster would get them a ton of cheap gifts. I think they were from the dollar tree because after they got the toy out of the package, the thing would be broken 2 minutes after they played with it. I told her to just get them one or two gifts that they wanted. Instead of those cheap crap toys, you get them because they just end up in the trash as soon as we get home. Quit wasting your money on that crap. Well, she didn't listen to one word I said, so we quit going to my Dad's on Christmas. I was trying to make a point. She didn't care. She would buy me a sweater & she knew I didn't wear them. She would buy things on sale a year before Christmas & save it for next Christmas. She wasted so much money that it made me sick. Since the kids are gone, I don't put up a tree. I gave them all away & I only buy my grandson 3 toys & he loves lawnmowers, 5-wheel campers, trucks, & motorcycles, so that's what we buy him & he takes good care of them & I don't get them from the dollar tree... lol... So they don't break. We read the story from the Bible the night before Christmas day & we didn't get up @ the crack of dawn to open gifts either. I liked my day off from work, so we slept in. That crack-of-dawn stuff had to go away in my household. It wasn't happening, that's for sure. Yes, Jesus is the reason for the season. And we made sure the kids knew the truth. Our grandson will also know the truth when he gets old enough, too. Keeping you & everyone from the SGR family in my thoughts & prayers. May God bless you all in 2025. Love y'all, Chris
