A small but cute piece of flavour is that EX6 Cherubimon Virtue can go over any purple cherubimon but not the other way around. BT8 Virtue can also reduce playcost by 8 by deleting a purple cherubimon.

And since EX4 Vice plays itself back out on deletion, it's a quick and easy cheat out Ordinemon ;)

Along similar lines to the dark digivolutions, Analog Youth hatching eggs when your Digimon dies is a cool reference to starting over in the Digimon world games.

I personally think that Paladin Mode can be done the same wqx as Ouryuken: you can evolve into it if you have a Fighter Mode that has Omnimon in sources.
