I'm with you, because as much expense and effort, you put into it, you never get the smoke out of the house entirely. I have a 2 1/2 car garage, and took one section to build a bar, with TV behind it, beer fridge, overhead fan, and small humidor built into the wall. I can enjoy a cigar, have a bourbon with my buddies, watching football, and the whole setup was under 3K. We can smoke to our delight, away from the house, make all the noise we want, and still not get divorced. :)
That's an inviting cigar lounge sun porch. The relaxing wood paneling and your choice of leather chair combined with added decor and cigar art make for a great gentleman's area that's got enough class my wife wouldn't mind coming in there. Similarities to mine, although I don't have a ranch style house or the wood panel walls. I often am there working from home, put the news on or you can catch me every other day watching college football golf or MLB in the comfy leather chair, or even turn the TV off if you want to take in the morning moment quietly. If you recall the brand of that leather chair, list it. I'm due for an upgrade and find the leather chair one of the most important factors to a good cigar lounge/weekend afternoon nap spot. Surely you bought a few of those nice ashtrays, eh? I can't get my local cigar shop to give me anything that nice even with purchase.
I have a pair of 12” AC Infinity fans and don’t even bother closing the door. I’ve toyed with the idea of a rabbit Air, but it would be overkill. Main thing, after smoke removal, is cleaning the ashtrays when your cigars are over.
Watching this in my cigar room smoking corona cigars honduran selection 👍. I have an 8" hyperfan fitted into plywood that slides into a window, open another window a crack for airflow, never leaves a smell. Baseboard heat is better if possible so no air duct sucks in the smoke. I live in nd we don't have any lounges, so gotta make it happen!

I’m in Ohio also. I use a ice fishing tent I put it on my screened in back porch. I’ve got a heater a couple of fans and an air purifier keeps all the smoke out and the heat in.
I was actually telling my fiancé last night I needed to get a little tent for the deck 😂 of course she looked at me like I was crazy then I explained then she was like oh 😂

Nice smoking room. First time stopping and watching. I believe you have cigar beetles in the Cuban cigars. It would be recommended you take them all out and freeze them. Also the cohibas you have behike/lcdh cohiba are most likely not real. The lcdh cohibas are one of the hardest to find, some say they didn’t even release yet. Most likely fake especially with singles
@@olegbondarenko778 that would be false. Any Cuban cigar that is sent out. Is always put in deep freeze prior to shipping out. Depending on how long they sit they can develop cigar beetles. The freeze. Kills the eggs from hatching. Just TH-cam a video. It will give you all the information and it’s safe
Even with a vent out the roof moving 1,100 cfm (20 air changes/hr that pulls negative air pressure even with HVAC running from the rest of the house) my lounge smells like smoke lol. The air stays crystal clear just the particles just end up clinging to stuff regardless. I burn a Maison Berger lampe, candles and incense. So long as the rest of the house doesn't smell it doesn't matter I guess.

Yes, I have been to a couple of great places in Florida. In South Florida, I really like the one at Cuban Crafters in Miami. I have also been to Ybor City in Tampa and enjoy that scene.
Thought I noticed something on First Watch.. but let's be honest the early morning natural sunlight being intensified through those windows in his sun porch cigar lounge ( beautiful room, btw) is a very harsh & unforgiving light. I surely wouldn't want to have my picture taken in that light, so it could be something else we're picking up on.

Do you ever worry about it getting too cold for that humidor in the winter where the internal temp drops too low?
I have not found a problem with getting too cold. I am more concerned about the heat. In the winter, they may drop to around 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

It has a fan and I use humidity beads with distilled water.
