Marmalade amusement park sounds very similar to Knott's Berry Farm, an amusement park in California centered around the boysenberry! It was my favorite place as a kid and I still love it!

As a HUGE IPT fan AND a Native Floridian, like the last dozen of us left, the HONEYBELL is a different orange. All the different marmalades you're tasting are different orange varieties. There will be subtle but noticable taste differences. ENJOY! (: D

This makes me happy, I'm so very glad you enjoyed it. Because I also happen to be from central Florida. I did in fact grow up eating all kinds of homemade citrus marmalades. I can smell it just watching, brings me back to childhood. We had over 100 unique citrus trees and all made excellent marmalade. But the best were Valencia oranges, Clementine tangerines, and the honey bell. I can't speak for that brand, but during hurricane season there is a lot of fruit loss, from all different fruit bearing trees. We never let it go to waste and would spend a week at least making "hurricane marmalade" ( among other jams and jellies) That's also why there's such a variety of fruit.

Irish Jesus, that's Perfect idea!! 3-layer marmalade cake with real whipped cream frosting sprinkled with nut meg served with a hot toddy or an Irish-up Irish coffee.
Now I can see two different stores. In the beginning it is a lovely shop in a quaint village with bikes outside with wicker baskets. Then as their business takes off, it is a mega store in Dublin, Edinburg and coming soon to London. All chrome and glass chic buildings with a bar in the center of each business.
In America we have all kinds of fruit spreads. We have jelly, jams, preserves, marmalades, and chutneys. They are all made differently and they are all good. It just depends on how you prefer your fruit spread. Jelly is made with just the juice of the fruit, jam is made of crushed fruit, preserves are made with whole pieces of fruit, marmalade is made with small chunks of fruit with the rind, and chutneys are a thick combinations of fruit.
I'm glad to see something I actually know for once. Although I've never tried this marmalade, I live 30 minutes from the place that produces these marmalades and I've passed it many times. Maybe now I will stop in and buy some.

Thank goodness for hometown grocery stores moving to where you moved to !!! I was born/raised in Tampa area, so was my Dad. The food is so diverse and good there, but it does help that we knew where to get our neighborhood favorites. dang, Now I'm starving !

The things we've bred like this don't have the genetic diversity to survive without constant human intervention. Bananas are on the way out too.
