That is some masterful stamping indeed. Yet really, you make us realise it’s actually so easy. Do appreciate the genuine Southern Christmas. I love snow scenes but have the same issue - it’s usually anywhere between 30 & 40 deg C at Christmas here in Australia so they just don’t fit.

Thank for showing us how easy it is to make traditional Xmas stamp relevant to us as well as stretching the use of silhouette stamps.
This was such a great video. I love that you showed us another way to use silhouette stamps. It may be an easy technique but it's not something I would've thought to do. Being in Florida (US), we don't have much of a Winter and our Christmas is usually celebrated in shorts, so I can relate to not having a snowy holiday. I think that's why I'm so drawn to using snowflakes and snowmen on my cards. Thank you so much for sharing.

I love how this card turned out, what a great idea. Being from the UK I couldn’t imagine it being hot at Christmas I’m usually wishing for snow. I guess you get used to what is familiar.
I don't have many silhouette stamps, but this technique is perfect to extend their usage. The scene is lovely. 💖🇨🇦

Natasha, QUESTION, with you being so far away in New Zealand, how long does it take to get supplies from the US, and is it a bit pricy for the shipping? Just fell in love with this technique, I have silhouette dies, how would that work?

What a great card! I love your idea. I can't believe you didn't stop your tutorial and tell me to "shut up" when you were just starting the fence! I thought there was a bare spot at the bottom left corner of the fence. You kept inking the fence with the brown dauber but the bare spot remained. I was YELLING at the screen trying to point out the bare spot until you started with the green dauber for the foliage! Duh Gayle, the spot was bare for a reason. You didn't color it brown because it's not the fence. IT IS FOLIAGE!!! Good grief!! You ALWAYS have a plan and I just need to sit calmly and wait until you're done! You have such creative ideas, the suspense kills me waiting to see how the card turns out! You're awesome! TFS

Hi. Thanks for sharing your skills, ideas and knowledge with this lovely card. Being in the UK I don't think I could resist popping a bit of snow or at least a little frosty sparkle around it. I think - without the snow - it would make for a super masculine birthday card that's a little bit different. Fabulous video, thanks again and have a great weekend.

At least your Winter is almost over ... our's is yet to begin. This is a wonderful technique for using silhouette stamps in a different way, with great results.

Great use if the stamps you have. I has not thought to use color on the design of this type of stamp. Using shades of color on the different things would make them standout while making a shadow with the stamp. Ex; color the fence a a light gray & the bushes black & the deer a medium gray. Just to add a little interest. Will need to try a couple to find out if it's worth the extra effort.
Christmas is quite different down in the southern hemisphere. This card is gorgeous and even a little misty which I like. I wonder what you could create for us Aussies, other than the beach?
