    Hi everyone! First off, thank you so much for supporting my Dad, Tomo! I just wanted to clarify something from the video. While Tomo is the one who makes all the creative decisions, I do offer suggestions based on feedback and observations from the community. My role isn’t to tell him what to do but to help him understand what viewers like you might be looking for, so he can continue making content that resonates with everyone. He enlisted my help to save some time with the brainstorming part of content creation, so please let him know in the comments what you want more of!! Thanks again for your continued support :)

      I like Mr Fujita’s tangents and jams; they make the video feel like a real private lesson. I’d like to see more chapter markings in these 20-30 minute lessons. As many or as few chapter markings as feels necessary.

    Triads are so versatile and fun - thanks for showing us new ways to be expressive and make musical phrases with these simple shapes. Worth the effort to learn!

    Tomo thank you!
    For always keeping it real down to earth and for sharing truly, no edits or questions. Ive learned so much from you over the last 3 months I want to thank you again. Im deep into the lessons, especially in triads and spread triads, over at guitar wisdom and have been for a few months now, and it feels as if these YTvideos are really perfect for integrating what I have learned at GW. I want to thank you again again for guitar wisdom itself and what yall have created there. I’m learning more than I could’ve ever imagined and I have so much more ideas and fun when I play now. It’s like lightbulbs constantly going off. For this I am ineffably grateful to you!
    Thanks for keeping it positive. And sharing the kindness with music. They go together so well
    also, I don’t mind when you get to soloing on the videos. I find it helpful as you usually apply the lesson and what you are teaching into your playing.

    That intro was fun! Thank you for all your videos I have watched so many, and I always learn new things! I didn't know the story about Dont Worry and Dont Compare before.
    I still don't know my triads, but you help me a little every time. Now start to hear them in my head, like you say, without cheating :) For next videos, I always like the beginner lessons Maybe next, how to go from the triads to playing and writing melodies, like building the triad bigger on the fretboard or connecting them-I don't know how to do that yet.

      Thank you! This time I thought it's fun to show how to jam with these ideas. Glad you enjoyed it. Don't worry! Don't compare! Don't expect too fast! Be kind to yourself! Came from Owen's private lessons! You can learn triad inversions at my Guitar Wisdom. You prefer more beginner lessons? I will listen everyone's comments. You can connect triads & melody (Major scale)

    Must have foundations. They can be boring but they are necessary. Many humans forget it took almost 2 years to learn to walk.
    Foundations take time. You can have fun along the way.
    Be well. Play hard.

    Happy New Year Tomo. I haven’t commented for a while but I haven’t missed a video. Your content is great as always and I’m considering Guitar Wisdom. I need something to get over a plateau I’m stuck in. My resolution for 2025 is to get beyond this place to another level. I know I can be better, but I need a push and I connect with your peacefulness. I look forward to working together on my goals but I don’t expect too fast. 😅

    Yet again, a very informative lesson based on triads-thank you, Tomo! I just want to ask: is learning licks helpful? For instance, I'm learning B.B. King's licks, both minor and major. A few of them are at my fingertips now, but there are so many that I can only recall a few. Even then, I struggle to play them quickly or on the spot. Could you please help me with this?

    • @TomoFujitaMusic
      @TomoFujitaMusic  5 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      My pleasure! Learn anything is helpful only using by ears! No visually. Plus need to know chords behind that lick! If you use BB King phrase, try to change keys so that you cannot use same fingering and strings! You should do everything very slow. You are learning BB King real phrases right? Not minor and Major pentatonic = knowledges. Try to learn only 2-3 licks note for note!
