- Went to my Local Patch a few days ago to document the Little Grebe fledglings and here is the outcome. What fun it was doing this episode! I so love the result that it's gotta be my most favorite episode to date. I hope you'll love it too.

They're cute. Nakakaalis ng stress panoorin! Meron din akong local patch sa Taytay, Rizal, may incidental manmade pond, naiwan malamang ng construction workers several years ago. Ang nandoon lagi mga white-breasted waterhen na bihira magpakita, laging nagtatago pero kung mag-isa ka lang and very still ka lang, makikita mo silang kumakain.
Gandang birds din po ng mga wb waterhen. Lagi rin ako nakakakita rito kaya lang maiilap sila. Hopefully one day maifeature ko rin sila sa isang episode.

4 consecutive ko nang nakita nagbreed ang mga Kanisid dito sa lugar namin. Dumarating sila ng July kapag nakakatubig na itong fishpond na to tas aalis ulit pag matutuyo na.
dapat talagang parusahan mga humuhuli ng mga ibon...pra makabawi naman at hindi ma extinct ang mga lahi ng ibon para naman makita ng mga susunod na herasyon ng mga pilipino

May batas po tayo na bawal pumatay of manghuli ng wildlife kaya hindi po agree sa kanila. At gaano man karami ang nakikita nila ngayon mauubos pa rin yan sa overhunting tulad na lamang ng endemic na Philippine Duck na vurnerable na ang status ngayon.. 😢
