Its the right way, if u could steam the milk and taste sweet. The problem is, the machine could not generate the sweetness of the milk. If u steam too hot, u Will ruins the sweetness of the milk.
As a person of a certain age, I am worried about lifting these machines up to my counter top. The Rocket is 40 pounds where the Izzo is a whopping 100 pounds. How do folks manage such heavy machines?
@@krugerbud Duetto is a better machine. The Bianca has flow control but the build quality is poor compared to the Izzo. They are cheap machines. You can add flow control to the Duetto anyway if you really wanted to.

We did. Same temp. We also redid the test to make sure everything was accurate.

I upgraded from an Izzo Alex Duetto to a Lelit Bianca and haven't looked back! It's cheaper to!

For me the milk is the sweetest around 140-145
