The Zero has two cowl mounted 7.7mm MGs and two wing mounted 20mm cannon. The Oscar I comes in three variants as regards guns, all nose mounted; two 7.7mm MG, one each 7.7mm and 12mm, and two 12mm. As I noted in a previous vid, the Betty has a 20mm stinger. The P-40 has an insanely susceptible engine, and so taking hits from the front increases the chance of an early end to your offensive activity. And small calibre rounds are effective against you.
When your view jumps in a twitchy way when your head tracker is turned to put the view at or near the limit of the in-game panning angle, this is a clue that further adjustment of your tracker settings would be worthwhile. I have my setup such that when my head is turned to put the view at the limit, my head is physically turned such that my eyes are still looking within the screen edge without swiveling them at all. This is achieved by a combination of sitting close to the screen and having the tracker sensitivity set fairly high. My virtual head rotation is at least 15 times larger than my physical head rotation.

The engine seems to be pretty in good shape
*'Moment later, engine seizes.*
P40 engine is very fragile :)
