I completely understood this one Eric! However, I think that is because I worked on the supply side for a Kosher Chocolate company and a major Kosher food distributor for a while and had to deal with the planning and implementation of regular and seasonal items to a wide range of buyers, from Mom and Pop shops to national grocery chains.
