Strive everyday to live an intentional and victorious life. No matter how small, set out measurable goals that you hold yourself accountable in and do all that is necessary to give yourself a favorable review everyday.
Don't let your emotions dictate your happiness and gratitude towards all of the wonderful things that God has done (and will continue to do) in your life. Our emotions urge us toward haste, telling us that we must do something and or feel a certain way right now. Something that is so unstable and fleeting shouldn't solely determine how grateful you are of your now and all of the beautifulness that is in front of you.

This was soo good, my journey to living in my present and enjoying the now has been so rewarding.
