Hi there i have been doing some of your exercises for a couple of months i havent seen any results. What do you suggest for me to do. Or is not meant to work for everybod. Ps: I have too much suggy skin in my face and neck.
Hi, if you have a lot of sagging skin, it may take longer. Being consistent is key, and think about what you’re doing the rest of the day. Good posture, eating well, staying hydrated, wearing sunscreen, etc., helps too. It’s also important to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly & anchoring the nearby muscles. It’s not always easy to tell from a short video. You might want to take one of my classes because we have more time to talk about details and there is time for questions. The next one is in September and will be announced soon.
