Big battery with 8nm prcsr & good snapdragon processor (better customization)with a great look big screen glass body and a unique design
It looks premium and realme's look is boring bcz there are soo many phones with that similar look

You get 40fps in Redmi note 9 pro but it is constant.
And believe me if you shift 60Hz to 90Hz there will be no difference.

Nice comparison. But Redmi looks a lot better and modern designed ! Also gorilla glass 5 is stronger and better but ips picture quality is almost same. However 90 hz is awesome in mid range phones.
Gorilla glass 5 is good for preventing scratches but gorilla glass 3 is good for preventing from breaking and maybe u don't like white colour of realme 6 so u can see the blue one also for long term use it is good

Realme 6 is quite a good choice ....But it has serious heating issue from the first day...I don't know what would be the situation after 1 yr or so when the chipset becomes slower and lower efficient (it already is)...Also 90hz refresh rate takes more energy along with lower efficiency of helio ...As battery performance deteriorate one would have no option but to choose 60hz. So from my view point for 1.5-2 yr usage realme 6 is a good option but for more than that one should consider SD processor packed set.

One major difference u missed to talk about is "Heating".
Mediatek is faster than its counter SD but phone jaldi heat 🔥 ho jata hai compare to SD. Its obvio ki jyada fast responsive hai to heating uska negative part hai..
This is purely my observation in years of usage of different price point phone of both the processors.
It would be great if you can throw some actual tech info on heating part of these processor and comparison of heat in these 2 phones
