albedo doesnt seems like a bad guy. he just wants his body back.
No he was greedy for the Omnitrix and then when he got to know that Ben became the host of the Omnitrix he became jealous and then steal the Omnitrix and then used the Omnitrix he got the body of Ben and then his purpose was to get his original body back which he can't do it by himself so he again started stealing.
This sounds like a bad guy story for me.
