As much as I disliked Omniverse's art style (to the point that I never watched it, haha) I'll take the Biomnitrix. It's basically what I thought of for my own AU Omnitrix that I called the Combinatrix.
Best Omnitrix by function is obviously the Omniverse one due to the automatic transform feature. Also unlike the og, this one doesnt risk blowing up the entire universe by a faulty self destruct command so thats a plus. Best Omnitrix by design is definetly the OG. Aside from its iconic look, I geniunely think it somehow *feels* better than AF or UA omnitrixes. It truly looks alien just enough.

Had he saved everyone than and there the timeline would disrupt and the cycle of the omnitrix would be forever canceled out.
