No, that is ludicrous. People juice all the time. I wouldn’t let it sit for hours out of fridge. Pasteurizing cooks the very enzymes you want by juicing.
Bananas don’t agree with me and I don’t like any nut butters. I could replace bananas with yoghurt and leave out nut butter. Adjust to suit. Great vids as always 👍
