    Really enjoyed this video today! With my husband having a lot of chronic stomach issues the past couple years, we have decided to try and start eating cleaner and more organic!     Yes please more videos like this. There are just a handful of YTers I enjoy watching prepare and cook. I like that you cook with fresh and organic foods. I'm trying to incorporate more fresh ingredients in my meals. And it tastes so much better 💜💙💚💛🧡

    These are my favorite videos to watch! I will take all of the meal ideas I can get! And Whole Foods is the best for finding clean ingredient foods. I would love to see more like this video for sure!

      Glad you like them! I love that I can order my whole foods on Amazon and I’ve had 98% positive experience every time and I’ve really loved ordering from Costco too. I used to order Walmart all the time but they made me really upset when they said half of my grocery items were delivered and they weren’t I was on the phone for hours but eventually I’ll get over it and order from them again but I love all the options Whole Foods has and I also love Thrive

    I agree with all the oils/fillers in plant milks. Its hard to avoid. We ended up buying an almond cow and make our own now. Sooo worth it and my preschooler loves it too!

    For tasting the chalkiness of the protein in the oats- maybe try mixing the protein with your liquid before putting it in the oats 😊

    I’ve been using a milk frothing stick to blend the protein powder with the milk before I pour it into the container with the oats and that’s been making a big difference with the texture.

    So I recently learned how to make my own oat milk and let me say it’s SOOOOO EASY! The base is just a half cup of rolled oats, 3 cups of water, tsp of vanilla tsp of maple syrup. Blend. Strain don’t push down let naturally strain strain again if you want it even smoother. And that’s it. Stores in a mason jar for a week. I started doing a big batch for the week now absolutely love it. And it’s cheaper than oat milk and you know exactly what’s in it. I add cinnamon and more vanilla to mine.
